Meet the
crew
Founded by Rob Graham, Ironwood Marine & Powersports is more than a place for detailing, upholstery, and restoration — it’s a lifestyle built around craftsmanship, hard work, and pride in every project. From classic trucks and custom interiors to boats and full transformations, we treat every vehicle like it’s our own.
At ironwood, We're more than just a shop
Ironwood Marine & Powersports was built from the ground up by Rob Graham — combining a passion for classic trucks, marine culture, craftsmanship, and hands-on work. From upholstery and detailing to custom builds and restoration projects, Rob brings an old-school work ethic and attention to detail to every job that comes through the shop.
Built around authenticity instead of trends, Ironwood is more than a business — it’s a reflection of the lifestyle behind it.
Our Detail Specialist position is available. If you're serious about your work, and want to bring your energy to the crew, have a strong eye for detail and a love for pickups, boats, and clean rides, this is the job for you.
